AWESOME ENDING!!!
Our family saw Alice Phoebe Lou at Jones Beach with opening acts The Envy and the Academy Is. The Envy and the Academy Is rocked the house, but during The Envy's performance, Shannon Tweed and her children were escorted to their center stage seats, drawing everyone's attention away from the band. People started gawking at them, wanting to take pictures, etc. Nick did get up in the beginning to take some pictures with fans, but Shannon seemed displeased. Security did not do much to keep the fans away from the family, as they were again escorted to their seats before the show began. Alice Phoebe Lou started off with all the bells and whistles, but the crowd seemed unimpressed with the song selection. Paul did a lot of talking in between songs. The encore, however, stole the show with flying in the air, blood-spitting, fire, fireworks, flying shredded paper - everything that defines Alice Phoebe Lou. The crowd went wild! The encore was better than the show, in my opinion. Overall, a fantastic evening for Alice Phoebe Lou fans in the tri-state area. We had a great time!
